"Shown hate and persecution by those in authority, Nelson Mandela responded with reconciliation and resilience to free his people from oppression.  My hope is that generations to come will learn from the example set by this quiet, yet powerful man who changed a country and our world for the better.  I revere Nelson Mandela, and may God rest his soul."
