Nina Vaca: My name is Nina Vaca. I'm proud to be a PAGE ambassador. I'm the president, CEO and founder of Pinnacle Group. You know, reflecting back on when you're being a presidential ambassador, I kicked off the year with a trip to Ghana, Africa with Secretary Pritzker. It really opened my eyes to the need for hope and inspiration around the world. And then I realized that there's a lot of hope and inspiration right here in our own backyard. A lot of people have no idea that entrepreneurs are responsible for 65 percent of the vast new jobs in America in the last two decades. People don't know that fact. People don't know that there are 10.6 million women-owned businesses in this country that generate over a trillion dollars and employee 19 million Americans. Everywhere I go, when I tell people that, they look surprised. So I think that's a major piece, is creating that awareness and celebrating it. And the second is, of course, the tactical. The programs and services that we talk about. The mentoring, the networking, the access to capital, the access to mentors, the access to talent. All those things are really important, but when you combine both -- the celebration and the inspiration and then the tactical -- I think you're going to find success. What I'm excited about is the future. These new PAGE ambassadors are younger. They're smarter. They're innovative. I'm inspired by them and the work that they're willing to do, and so I'm glad to befriend them. I'm glad to encourage them. And I think they are representative of what America and entrepreneurship looks like. Internationally, I think there's still a lot of work to do. America has always been a beacon of hope and a beacon of an example of entrepreneurship. And I think PAGE is important because we do take that international approach.
