Anchorage Weather Forecast Office
The Anchorage Forecast Office area of responsibility spans the southern portion of the state from the Canadian border just north of Yakutat all the way west to the end of the Aleutian chain. This includes all territory south of the Alaska Range and most areas south of the Yukon River. The Fairbanks office is responsible for the area north of this border and the Juneau office is responsible for the panhandle region.
