Over the past 19 years, Nina’s leadership as the founder and CEO of Pinnacle Technical Resources has propelled the company to become one of the largest IT Services firms in the country. Her own professional success places her in a unique position to provide support to potential entrepreneurs who are integral to the American economy. She thinks that “a lot of people have no idea that entrepreneurs are responsible for 65 percent of the vast new jobs in America in the last two decades. People don’t know that there are 10.6 million women-owned businesses in this country that generate over $1 trillion and employ 19 million Americans.”
As a Latina women and entrepreneur, Nina Vaca recognizes the importance of opening doors for female and Latino innovators around the country. In addition to her role at Pinnacle, she is the Chairman Emeritus of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, an organization that advocates and promotes more than 3 million Hispanic businesses across the country. In 2013, NBCLatino named her one of 20 “Innovators” for her work and leadership. For five consecutive years, Latino Leaders Magazine has named her one of the “101 Most Influential Latinos.”
As part of her effort to provide this support, Nina has been part of the Presidential Ambassadors for Global Entrepreneurship (PAGE) initiative since its inception in 2013. Through the PAGE program, Nina has created her own Signature Initiative, and will work with the National Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) over the course of the year to provide resources including mentorship and funding opportunities for women entrepreneurs. WBENC works to offer needle-moving opportunities for the more than 9 million women-owned businesses across the country. Additionally, Nina will grow her “At the Table” initiative as chairman of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation. “At the Table” leverages networks and resources to help women business enterprises scale their companies.

About PAGE:
Launched in April 2014, PAGE was created to develop the next generation of entrepreneurs both at home and abroad. The initiative formed as a partnership among celebrated entrepreneurs, the White House, the Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of State. In the initiative’s first year, PAGE members utilized their knowledge, ideas, and talent to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs both at home and around the world to promote the program’s mission. As PAGE kicks off its second year, each ambassador has agreed to take the lead on his or her own signature initiative to address the global growing demand for engagement with America’s most respected and celebrated business creators.
